Qritical Thinking is a online forum, that curates the thoughts and discussions of Christian thinkers. Many subjects are dismissed in public forums of fear that one may be a heretic or even considered a “rebel rouser”. Here is a place to house our Mars Hill experience. This forum is supported by friends and well wishers. I invite you to become a comrade of Qritical Thinking.
Dr. Patrick G. Graham is a multigenerational servant leader, pastor, educator, and leadership trainer who is passionate about finding innovative ways to strengthen people and organizations through genuine human connection. Throughout more than two decades in pastoral ministry and organizational leadership, he has seen firsthand that people are better able to grow, lead, and serve when their mental and emotional well-being is supported. Today, his work sits at the intersection of spiritual care, organizational health, leadership, and counseling psychology—helping individuals and organizations build cultures where people feel seen, supported, and better prepared to navigate life’s challenges.
Dr. Graham holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a graduate emphasis on trauma, along with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health, an M.A. in Youth Ministry, and a B.A. in Theology. He is also in the home stretch of completing an MBA in Corporate Finance, with graduate training that strengthens his work in organizational communication, leadership, and strategic planning. His background also includes training in Psychological First Aid, disaster preparedness, organizational development, and strategic planning.
Rather than treating these disciplines as separate worlds, Dr. Graham brings them together to help people and teams navigate stress, trauma, change, crisis, and complex organizational challenges with greater understanding and practical tools. To him, leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room; it is about creating the conditions for people to feel equipped, supported, and able to respond well when the pressure is high.
Through warm, down-to-earth presentations, workshops, and conversations, Dr. Graham helps leaders, educators, ministry teams, and organizations think more intentionally about emotional preparedness, communication, resilience, and the human impact of stress. He encourages regular, meaningful check-ins that create space to recognize when people are struggling, strengthen connection, and support well-being before stress becomes crisis.
At the heart of Dr. Graham’s work is a simple belief: when we care for the emotional well-being of the people who teach, lead, serve, and care for others, we strengthen everyone who depends on them. His goal is to help build healthier environments where people are not simply expected to endure pressure, but are given the understanding, support, and practical tools they need to remain grounded, resilient, and ready to serve others well.
